Azure German national cloud supported as Azure environment in PowerShell

Hey folks,

I just realized the fact that in Azure PowerShell module 1.4.0. support for Azure German national cloud was added. The new environment is called AzureGermanCloud.

One more exciting feature that was added is that you can manage hot/cool storage tiers in Azure RM Storage Accounts.

Make sure to regularly visit the Azure PowerShell GitHub repository in order to stay up to date regarding Azure PowerShell modules.
