My fall 2018 conference tour

Talking about Azure Security at Microsoft TechSummit 2018 in Frankfurt, Germany, (C) Peter Nowak, 2018

Hello folks,

Today I’m very excited because in the middle of summer break I’ve been accepted to talk at some of the most interesting national and international Azure and tech conferences this fall!

September 01: cim Lingen, Germany

It’s all going to start at cim Lingen. cim Lingen – community in motion is one of the best-known national IT community conferences in Germany. It has been taking place once a year for 14 years now and it’s all about best practices and knowledge sharing. I’m going to talk about how to securely deploy Azure infrastructures.

September 24-28: Microsoft Ignite, Orlando, USA

One of the highlights surely is that Microsoft has accepted me as a speaker for Microsoft Ignite, the world’s biggest tech conference. It’s the fourth issue of the conference and the second time it takes place in Orlando, Florida this year. I will have two talks about Azure Security Center and Azure Governance during the conference. Stay tuned for more information to come within the next few weeks.

October 12-13: CloudBrew, Mechelen, Belgium

CloudBrew started in 2013 as a small-scale event focused on cloud technologies and Microsoft Azure. It is organized by AZUG, the Belgian Azure User Group in a former brewery. It’s gonna be an event about beers and Azure – can you think of a better combination…? My talk is about Common Sense in the world of Azure Governance.

October 24-26: ExpertsLive Europe, Prague, Czech Republic

I’ve always admired this community conference even when it still was called System Center Universe because of its high quality speaker lineup and talks. It’s a special honor for me to have been accepted as a speaker for this year’s issue in Prague. Join me, sit back and relax while I secure your Azure environment.

I hope you are as excited as I am about the conferences to come this fall and I’m really looking forward to meeting you at least at one of them. If you haven’t grabbed your tickets, yet, you should definitely hurry up before all the tickets are gone.

See you soon!
Tom
